Rassam started working in recruitment in 2006 as a headhunter in various agencies before transitioning in-house in 2016. He is a proud father of two daughters, a passionate PSG football fan, and a rap and street artist in his "little" spare time.

He's passionate about helping recruiters hire fairer, faster and better, and is our resident expert on all things public sector, leading the charge on helping Tribepad's growing customer base in local government to transform their hiring processes. Sam is the CEO and co-founder of Real Links, the employee referral, advocacy and internal mobility platform.
