My career has always been about people. Serving guests as a Front Desk Manager in Amsterdam and organising weddings in Paris were the first shy steps.

Quickly I started to see the need for career development in my team members and any position I took after that was all about helping people do their best work. Many travels later I set up my own consultancy aimed at helping small and medium sized companies provide better quality service.

The positive customer centric attitude you learn in hotel business was invaluable wherever I went. It was all about being entrepreneurial and building a business from scratch. Work brought me to Berlin, where I finally gave into my destiny and joined the HR team of HERE Technologies.

An Agile Transformation, a tech spin off and an acquisition later, I’m so happy to be at Alteos supporting this exciting phase of scaling up in the Insure-Tech industry.
