Marcell is currently employed within Global Talent Acquisition at Adidas. Marcell has also recently joined the Board of Directors at the Together Trust. Marcell is experienced in TA, DEI, Mentoring, and Public speaking.

He is also an advisory board member of, Leaders Meet Diversity, supporting access to sports industry careers for people from disadvantaged groups. He is also part of the Manchester Metropolitan University mentoring programme, giving ongoing mentoring support to MMU students taking their first steps into the industry from education.
