Lou has spent over 15 years in Recruitment with the last 6 years focussing on Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Candidate Engagement and Talent Intelligence.

She currently leads Talent Intelligence for the UK & Ireland TA team at EY with the aim of supporting business leaders with key decision making when it comes to talent, utilising intelligence for attraction strategies and using her passion for TI to support the wider Talent Acquisition team having a more data driven mentality.
