I believe that Talent Acquisition and Development can be faster, fairer and more data driven by combining human decision making residing in organisations with the artificial intelligence found in modern HR technology.

After graduating with a Bsc in Psychology, I completed the graduate management programme at Enterprise Rent-a-Car and then went on to scale and manage commercial teams for several years. Today, I work with some of Europe's leading behavioural scientists and psychologists to make the latest psychological research highly accessible and impactful to businesses across the UK.

I believe that despite the scale that automation and technology affords businesses in 2023, the key to successful recruitment and talent management is an organisation's ability to understand who a candidate or employee really is. What makes a person who they are, what sustains their commitment and how they can fulfil their true potential in the right company culture.
