After graduating with a Bsc in Psychology, I completed the graduate management programme at Enterprise Rent-a-Car and then went on to scale and manage commercial teams for several years. Today, I work with some of Europe's leading behavioural scientists and psychologists to make the latest psychological research highly accessible and impactful to businesses across the UK.


I believe that despite the scale that automation and technology affords businesses in 2023, the key to successful recruitment and talent management is an organisation's ability to understand who a candidate or employee really is. What makes a person who they are, what sustains their commitment and how they can fulfil their true potential in the right company culture.
