Harriet's responsibility is to ensure the Employer Brand and EVP is embedded across the organisation and used consistently by employees and suppliers alike.

Harriet has always worked in the employer brand and recruitment marketing space with previous experience agency side working across several global clients. As well as further time spent in her early career working at Mars Inc in the Global Talent COE.
