17+ years experience working in Recruitment & Talent Acquisition. Most recently Head of Talent for a start-up EV business, leading a 2-year period of hypergrowth.

Previously, I spent a number of years managing a specialist recruitment company, helping them develop from a start-up to an industry leader, and working with some great people along the way! Then spent 16 months with a startup automotive manufacturer, growing the business in the UK & Europe.

In my spare time I'm with my family, trying to improve my golf game or watching sport.
