Cordelia Osewa-Ediae is the Group DEI Lead in BT Group’s Centre of Expertise. A Strategic Inclusion and Culture consultant, Cordelia has over 15 years’ experience of developing and implementing DEI, social mobility and talent development strategies and interventions.


At BT Group she has led and overseen the development of targeted and intersectional DEI strategies, resources, and evidence based initiatives.


Previously, as a Senior DEI Consultant, she developed and delivered bespoke Diversity leadership programmes for the National Grid and London Metropolitan Police; led a nationwide strategic review at the NSPCC; and supported organisations including Tesco, Clarks and Ministry of Justice. As a Clore Social Fellow, she acted as an adviser to the London Metropolitan Police’s ‘Police Now’ programme and the University of Greenwich’s ‘Brighter Futures’ social mobility initiative.


As Operations Director at a youth charity, she led social mobility programmes involving several London universities and 50+ employers to provide employability support to talented young people. As Business Development Manager at the UK Online Centres (now Good Things Foundation), she managed digital inclusion programmes involving partners like the NHS and AgeUK.


A trained coach and action learning facilitator, Cordelia is also a keen social researcher, with an interest in social mobilitydiversity and equity. She is an RSA Fellow and Vice Chair of a multi academy school Trust Board.
