Mapping future talent: Leveraging location-based insights

As of late 2023, 16.9 million people in the UK hold degrees or equivalent qualifications. That’s nearly a quarter of the population. The demand for higher education has held strong since the pandemic, proving that employers still see degrees as valuable.

But, does a degree automatically land you a perfect job? Not always. Overqualification is a real issue, and it’s leaving many graduates stuck in jobs below their skill level.
