Vicki is the Founder of 'The EVP Consultancy'. She is an expert in EVP, Culture and Employer Brand having led the EVP & Employer Brand teams at Boots, BAE Systems and Currys, leading each business to step change their talent attraction and drive positive change in their culture.

Before landing in Employer Branding, Vicki built her career as an award-winning marketeer in Consumer Marketing, Brand and Customer proposition, leading the biggest advertising campaigns at Boots.

The EVP Consultancy offers bespoke EVP development and activation support, tailored to the strategic goals and culture of each client organisation. This can be delivered by 'helicoptering in' to an organisation, or by training and mentoring HR professionals to deliver these projects in-house.

Positive, proactive and enthusiastic Senior Talent Acquisition and Recruitment Specialist with over 8 years’ experience in recruitment. Starting my career in recruitment I worked for P3 where looking after Sales and Marketing recruitment. In this role I demonstrated and had a proven track record of success, generating over £1.2 million in revenue on a Regional and National level dealing and working with SME’s through to large FTSE 250 organisations. Strong negotiation, account management and relationship management skills has led to me delivering consistently in a multi faceting and ever-changing business environment.

After a very enjoyable and successful time working at Zuto where I was responsible for building, growing and embedding an internal recruitment function which will allowed the business to grow across all levels and sectors where we recruited over 350 new hires I was lucky enough to offered the chance to join Kellanova (Kellogg’s). Here I am responsible for driving the recruitment across the UK and Ireland concentrating but not limited to Commercial, HR and Legal recruitment requirements across all levels from entry to director level. Sitting within the HR team I am responsible for ensuring that the best talent is not only joining the K family but developing and progressing in their roles.

With experience of working alone, within a team and managing teams of up to 30 staff I am extremely motivated, passionate and focused with everything I set out to achieve.

With over a decade’s experience in talent acquisition and attraction, Magda is currently working for a leading provider of SaaS in life science technology, Medidata Solutions.

Magda’s vision for the future is a world in which employer branding is no longer viewed as a “nice to have”, but something that underpins how employers can implement talent attraction in their day-to-day work.

Coming from a diverse background of working in the direct sales industry and agency recruitment, she believes that the community we build around us as recruiters can positively impact long-term results, and not quick wins. A personal brand is one element that gets a lot of attention, but her career has highlighted how we can better harness this to bring value and influence our everyday work as recruiters.

Iveta Degulyte is the  Talent Attraction & Candidate Experience Manager at AMS.

Having worked through the years of recruitment advertising, then marketing, then branding, but also with (slightly less) experience of recruiting for major corporations, Matt has seen lots of changes in the talent attraction/acquisition industry. Now heading up a team of international recruiters for an iGaming company, and creating branding messages to attract the right talent, Matt is acutely aware of how fast the industry is progressing and the opportunities, and challenges, that presents.  

Harriet Maxted is the Employer Brand Lead at JLR (Jaguar Land Rover), who are one of the UK's largest exporters. With over 39,000 employees globally, JLR's vision is to be proud creators of the most desirable, modern luxury brands, for the most discerning of clients. Harriet's responsibility is to ensure the Employer Brand and EVP is embedded across the organisation and used consistently by employees and suppliers alike.

Harriet has always worked in the employer brand and recruitment marketing space with previous experience agency side working across several global clients. As well as further time spent in her early career working at Mars Inc in the Global Talent COE.

Aya is the Talent Acquisition and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Leader at Decathlon UK, one of the UK’s biggest sports brands. With a background in Advertising and Communications, Aya transitioned her career trajectory towards a more people-centric focus, driven by her passion for talent acquisition and fostering diverse and inclusive workplaces. Her expertise lies in strategically aligning talent acquisition initiatives with DEI goals, ensuring that Decathlon UK attracts, retains, and empowers a diverse range of talent. Her unwavering passion for sports fuels her commitment to fostering environments where individuals from all backgrounds can thrive and perform their best. As a former triathlete, ice hockey fan, and now an avid runner, she seamlessly integrates the discipline, resilience, and teamwork inherent in sports into her professional approach.

A passionate storyteller and marketeer, Marcus is Primark’s Global Employer Brand & Attraction Lead - responsible for developing, driving and delivering Primark’s strategy across it’s 17 markets. Working in the global COE, he partners closely with the business and its markets to attract, engage and inspire candidates across its instore, central functions and supply chain talent needs. Prior to joining Primark, Marcus previously spent 7 years agency side working with global clients across a range of industries including easyJet, PepsiCo, the LEGO Group, Pandora, Network Rail on everything from EVPs and careers sites to content and attraction strategies, picking up various awards along the way.
