With more than 20 years in the employer brand industry, Sarah started her career in creative agencies running talent attraction campaigns for clients in healthcare, financial services, retail, hospitality, energy and technology. Since moving in house, Sarah has worked across the full range of employer brand activities, from research led employer brand articulation and creative identity to careers sites, social media, content creation, employee advocacy and more. In 2021 Sarah joined DNV, taking responsibility for their employer brand at global level.
Andrew has thirty years’ experience in people communications. The majority of his work is in employer branding, to which he brings a mix of consulting and creative skills.
He’s worked with organisations such as Amazon, KPMG, MI6, Aviva, the NHS and Vodafone. He holds a BA in English Language and Literature from Oxford University and a MA with distinction in Creative Writing from Kingston University.
Andrew’s creative work has won awards in ceremonies such as The New York Festivals, the London International Advertising Awards, the Mobius Awards, the IBA Hollywood Awards, the RADs and the RMAs.
Steve Ward has spent the past 15+ years of his Talent Acquisition career focused on the cutting edge of Employer Brand & Talent Attraction, with a particular passion for social media engagement in the beginning, and through keenness in understanding talent behaviours and engagement; leading to a deeper focus into strategic insights; first with Universum, and now with Blackbridge.
This appetite for insights thinking has taken Steve around the world as a conference speaker, but more crucially on working in global and regional strategic employer brand projects with companies like Barclays, PMI, Uniqlo, Mondelez, Pladis, Tropicana, Airbus, Bacardi and UCB.
