Jodie is an Early Careers Talent Acquisition Partner at IPG Health Medical Communications, involved in the full delivery of our entry-level assessment centres, from advertising through to selection. Jodie works closely with the team to streamline the application process, with an EDI lens, to level the playing field for all applicants. Jodie also plans their entry-level outreach strategy, partnering with universities and community partners.
