In the race to build diverse and innovative teams, it’s time we shift our focus to a powerful yet often overlooked group: neurodiverse talent. With a fresh perspective, creativity, and a wide array of skills, neurodiverse individuals bring invaluable strengths to the workplace.


Yet, many still face systemic barriers that prevent them from thriving in traditional hiring processes. So, how can we create a truly neuro-inclusive hiring process?
